We would like to inform you that restaurant Sublime will make some changes, to ensure a more flexible dining experience for our guests. 

From Friday, July 26, 2019 our dinner service will be à la carte; our set menu will be available only if requested with advance reservation. 
Our lunch service on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will continue to feature our set menu only.
It is our hope that this increased flexibility in choosing dishes will enrich the dining experience at Sublime. 
Be assured that our culinary style will remain unchanged – dishes with domestically sourced ingredients, inspired by ideas from the cuisines of France and Scandinavia — as chef Junichi KATO has and will continue to pursue.  

These changes are reflected in the outline, below.

Effective from Friday, July 26, 2019

Lunch 
Friday, Saturday and Sunday: 12:00-15:00 (orders closed at 13:00)
Only set menus, at ¥4,500 and  ¥6,500.

Dinner
Tuesday-Saturday: 18:00-24:00 (orders closed at 23:00)
Sunday: 18:00-22:00 (orders closed at 20:00)


Closed on Mondays
À la carte service (if you prefer set menu, please pre-order with advance reservation). 

A 10% service charge and 8% consumption tax will be added to bill (both lunch and dinner).
